Easy to use app! You can set up a profile for your pet so you don't need to go through the details every time. You can also send pictures in the chat so that you don't have to try and describe your issue over text (which can sometimes be very difficult and long-winded). A picture paints 1000 words as they say, and in this case, that is definitely true!

Latest version doesn't send emails. Missed a crucial reminder. Very poor. Also, there's a button for repeat prescriptions, but when you press it, it takes you to a web page that just has a button to take you back to the app! Complete waste of time. [Update] Received a notification about an appointment but when I go to the appointments tab it isn't there. Reduced to one star.

Definitely easier for repeat prescriptions. Our mobility is very variable and our brains don't always work during office hours. With PetsApp we can get things done for our cats much more efficiently. Also, by creating an account for "roadkill otter" we were able to notify the vet who it was who had left a very large, dead otter by their doorstep in the middle of the night and to ask them to confirm that it was not a lactating one leaving hungry kits orphaned! PetsApp is extremely useful!
