The new upgrade has made this app demote itself. 1. They have removed the order history. I now duplicate the request as I forget that I have already ordered. 2. The upgrade also removed all the upto dates. 3. You receive a text, 'your order is likely to be ready'. What does it mean? Is it ready or not. 4. They give you a phone number that dues after some rings. It seems to me that the non technical people are employed there. No place to press submit.

The thing is,I thought I was dealing with superdrug only to find out later that it is Heathera, which has many such apps on playstore. Not the end of the world if it worked. If you don't have to edit your orders or change notifications and / or alarms, then once you get the info in, it might be OK. If you need to do any editing at all, then that's when it all goes wrong. The alarms stopped, notifications stopped, delivery / order dates were lost. The Lloyd's app had it right,but alas gone now.

Absolutely excellent service. I liked the look of this app after having lots of problems with ordering repeat prescriptions. The order would get lost along the way and no-one would take responsibility. With this app I can track where the order so if there was a problem I would know where to go. There has never been a problem though. Would definitely recommend this app to people with repeat prescriptions.
