Edit: The support team worked hard to help resolve the issue. I absolutely love Gem and TOMM podcasts. I downloaded the app and subscribed to TOM rocks but the app is too glitchy for me. The sessions keep stopping or pausing and I have to restart them. I hope a fix can be found as I love listening to Gem!!

I really enjoy the concept of Tom Rocks. I had subscribed previously and paused for about 6 weeks (summer holidays). I've tried using it again and it just crashes, each time. I've contacted the support team and apparently it's an issue with the developers. I've been through all their suggestions, have deleted the app and reinstalled, deleted my TOMM account and created a new one, deleted cache, history, etc, but nothing has worked. Haven't had a response back in over a week.

TOMM Rocks- love the concept, I think it's fab and it really helps me. But it regularly cuts out when I use it with my own music. I regularly check for updates on my phone and the app. I've also recently switched phones and getting the same issues. App Support are very helpful when I've emailed about this, but it keeps happening. Other than that it's a cracking app
