Managed to install app and set it up to use. Wanted to pay cheque in as no branches within reach. First time app told me was an unexplained error, try again - which I did to no effect. Tried again later, now says the cheque amount that I typed in is not the same as that on the cheque! Have tried several times - no joy. I think it's because the cheque has been written with a long line between the pounds and pence amounts. Standard way to write cheque by hand, why can't the app cope?

If it works, it's ok. But it rarely works. Every when I log in, can't find my accounts. Close the app, try again, now it won't connect at all. Can't set up templates, can't see pending payments. Come on NatWest, sort it out

Terrible app, keeps logging me out so I have to register all details again and again. Doesn't seem to work well with pixels as my wife has the same trouble now she switched to pixels. Definetly planning in moving in to another bank as its ridiculous

What’s new

In this update we have introduced the ability to input Purpose Codes for CHAPS
payments and the Legal Entity Identifier, which is a unique 20-character alpha-numeric code used to identify legal entities participating in financial transactions. This update also includes accessibility improvements, bug fixes, and enhanced performance for stability.
You must have Bankline and be a Business customer to use this app.
