The app itself is useful giving good insights into the systems current and historical performance but I have had many experiences when I want to manage the battery charge /discharge routine and when I click to save it, the app appears to save ok but the settings don't change. I only find out the hard way when the new rules don't function. I now click to save, back out of the settings and then go back in to validate the new rules are saved. Sometimes I have to do this 5-6 times until it saves.

A good example of a streamlined app which presents most of the information a user could need. EDIT: although I stand by my original comments about usability and design, it has become clear over the winter that the app is struggling to calculate the numbers to display correctly. There is a widely known problem where the app assumes that all the energy coming from the battery has been generated by the panels. However, in addition to this many of the other numbers contradict each other.

Well the app is good. I am new to this system. there is no way you can update your registered details. I noticed my username carries the right address but my address is my neighbours with the word null next to. which is odd as I double checked the registration before I submitted it. there is no one to contact to clarify why there is an error in the app

-We now support negative additional fees in the Utility Rates configuration screen.
-Introducing the My Savings tab! Now available for sites with predefined utility rate plans and meters. Easily see your savings from consuming and exporting solar energy on a monthly and annual basis. This feature will be rolled out gradually over the coming weeks and months.
