The video clarity is excellent, but the app experience needs major improvements. There are several issues that affect usability: No playback button, which makes navigation inconvenient. When watching a video and going back, it always starts from the first video instead of resuming or staying on the current one. The overall experience feels buggy and unintuitive. Please improve the app’s performance and navigation flow to match the quality of the video content.

I like this application but since the last update live footage freezes every few seconds and the camera disconnects, while the actual physical camera continues working as evidenced by the recorded footage at the time it showed it to be disconnected. My wifi is still the same as before, with the same signal strength and same speed

I'm glad you liked the app! I also understand you're experiencing issues with the live footage freezing every few seconds and that your camera disconnects even with a good Wi-Fi connection. Please send a screen recording showing the issue to philipshomesafety@versuni.com and test your connection set up via hotspot.

CCTV picture quality is excellent but the way you show recordings is ridiculous. Comparing with CP Plus and other good cctv brands, you don't have an option of graph time-line to check the daily event recordings. Instead, you have very short clips which are very very difficult to check what we want. Rest everything is good.
