The app feels poor, especially given how it's an attempt by a major supermarket chain in the UK. The UI has interfaces at the top of the screen, which is difficult to access (stock latest android on pixel), the search and filtering options are limited, not integrated well with nectar, no detailed GPS tracking, etc. Disappointing quality of app , in this day and age compared to deliveroo and Uber eats. Really want this to succeed as an alternative to delivery apps, and so hope it improves. 🤞

Some buttons aren't even visible to click on my phone. Although, having looked at some other reviews, this may be limited to the Pixel. After finally managing to place an order, which was challenging, I waited an hour, and there had been no update to the status of my order. I rang the helpline. My order had either got missed or just didn't go through properly. 1hr 45 mins after placing it (the initial estimate was 30 mins), it arrived. Everything is incredibly expensive on here too.

More than £30 of items simply weren't delivered. Charged for everything. No warning on app that items were unavailable. No alternatives offered, items were simply missing. Customer service can only refund in *up to 5 working days* im disabled, in a wheelchair and on a very tight budget so now im going to be stuck without needed groceries. At least deliveroo give me credit I can use the same day or don't charge me for out of stock items in the first place.
