The FNB Banking App embraces the future of help and our new look and feel will do just that
Some features to look out for:

Simple straight-forward navigation – We’ve added bottom navigation to make it easier to find what you need, when you need it.
Switch users easily – Multiple profiles? No problem! Switch seamlessly between different user profiles by selecting profiles located on the bottom navigation and then select “switch user”.
Introducing the Action Panel – Bringing your banking features front and center, like payments, transfers, my cards, and cash withdrawals.
Chat Pay – A revolutionary new feature called Chat Pay that allows you to pay any FNB customer via a simple chat, all within FNB’s secure ecosystem giving you peace of mind that the person you are paying has been verified and approved. It’s that simple.

What is Pay?
We have renamed Payments to Pay. This feature will provide you with access to categories within payments such as pay, receive, pay bills, payment settings, and payment history.

What is Secure Messaging?
Chat to other FNB/RMB customers securely on the App by granting access to your contact list. Features within Secure Messaging include Chat Pay, voice notes, attachments, share location, etc.

Extremely bad app functionality with S25 Ultra. When ever do you guys plan on fixing the app functionality in regards to the S25 Ultea fone? My app does not allow me to do anything. I can't link my phone to my account with geolocation, It says successfull and a few seconds later it says failed. I can't use the app on my phone! Even when doing secured chat, I get pop up msgs from the service advisors when I chat but in the chat window there is nothing going on. The app is horrible!

The app should show a pop up to approve/reject the requests instead of opening the app and waiting for long to load and then get approve/reject options. Not happy with the response time of app. It takes too long to open and load home screen. It shouldn't be like keep the app open to get approve/reject options else you cannot action the requests.

If I use the desktop version, I successfully get sent my OTP without any problems. If I use the app, I never get the OTP as the app appears to be trying to send the code to a another number where the country code includes some bizarre characters that are obviously not part of a telephone number. There is no obvious way to get this resolved and now I get an error on my PC that my device is not verified while attempting certain transactions.. Extremely infuriating..
