Great game, given three stars because the tutorial lady got stuck on my screen afterwards. Appears everytime I open the game, and blocks me from my dogs. Unfortunate, but whatever. The dogs are cute and it's a fairly easy game. The only other complaint I have is the VIP. I do not understand why it cannot just be a one-time buy? Instead it should be more like a subscription, as every week paying 8.99 is a lot of money to be fair.

Temperamental at best. I get to level 8, breed the dogs and buy a new room but the quests button stops working and gradually the other buttons stop working too, even the settings button. I close the app and reloaded as this sometimes fixes the problem in other games. however, when I reload the game I am apparently on level 99 with no coins or food and unlimited cards and gems and the whole game still doesn't work. is there a fix to this? I was enjoying the game until this happened

My progress reset when the maintenance came, my room that I just decorated went back to how it usually looks, my dogs that I just got three star white retriever and Australian shepherd, my 4 star that I just got which is a rough collie GONE. The progress that I made in the quests GONE, I'm at chapter 5 but it went back to 4 and the worst of all my coins, feeds, gems are still the same even though the dogs that I leveled up, rooms, quest that I spent money on went back from the start, fix it pls.
