NIIMBOT

Recently had a problem with connecting my device to the printer via Bluetooth. When I press connect on the app it shows the printer on the list of devices that can connect I select the device it asks permission to pair and then it fails to connect. But if I connect it to 3 other(a pc, s21 ultra and a 16 pro max) devices it works fine. I have now uninstalled and reinstalled the app, unpaired and repaired it, and cleared the cache and data. But still won't connect to my s23+. I'm about to give up.

Recently, I noticed that you have now locked the ability to add 3 content items to one sticker behind a VIP subscription—disgusting! I have already paid for the printer and the rolls, yet you still want to squeeze your users for a few extra characters! Locking basic features, such as adding more than two lines of text, is outrageous. I will be selling my printer and switching to your competitors!

Worked fine until the label ran out, put in a new label roll and now it won't print any text. Recognises the label, goes through the "printing" motion but no text. Gone through all the troubleshooting guides to no avail. Another piece of Chinese tat destined for the small appliances skip at the local recycling centre.
