3 stars for the idea behind, but the usability of the app gets only 1 star. I am unable to get a mentor cause the app won't let me complete my profile. I have followed all the requirements but it still doesn't save my profile section and it won't tell me what's the error. So I'm basically unable to use your services. Moreover, I tried to report the problem and seek support but there's only a bot that tells me to try again later... A bit disappointed. I was excited about the opportunity :(

Nice idea but poorly built. App worked for 2 sessions then logged me out and wouldn't let me log in/re set password as it kept telling me it couldn't send an email to that address. After replying directly to a generic email received (no contact or support details to be found anywhere online) I was finally put through to support who responded with questions but never followed up. Was then sent a rating as if the ticket closed but issue still unresolved. Have re downloaded app but still nothing.

I love the concept behind this app. I love that it is everything I've ever wanted for an apprenticeship, and I get to learn more about my future career field than I ever did in college. But, the app never works on my phone. It always crashes, fails to load, or logs me out. I started an apprenticeship 1 month ago, and I haven't been able to use the app at all because it always crashes. Luckily, the browser works well on my computer. Hope to see these bugs fixed ASAP.
