Edit: customer support - amazing! Fixed my issue I was having and so responsive. Now I can play.. definitely one of the best games around!.. original: Got to level 2 and it just crashes. Said to disarm trap use gems I tried to and it won't do anything. Closed and reloaded the game a few times and it just loads straight back to the disarm bit which is a shame as the game seemed good at first

Prize Kingdoms feels dead and the prizes are hollow now. Been around since near the beginning and it was cool to see actual prizes being listed and having clanmates win them, though I never hit anything personally. Now all the prizes are in game currency and there is absolutely zeri incentive to play this instead of Monopoly Go or any other of the dozens of same type games. The difference now is mostly that you can use the other games on reward apps, but not this.

2nd Edit: A game fix within a couple of hours. You don't get better than that. Thank you. EDIT: I emailed the support team as they advised and they replied so fast. Awesome service. The game is really good fun BUT for the last week I have not been able to stay logged in - after a few levels even on a new account a screen comes up 'Oops an unexpected error occurred....' Please please fix it.
