I used the app for a month or so in June and thought I had cancelled my subscription. I was surprised today to be charged without any warning or notification. I have emailed the company and hope to be reimbursed. If I am I'll update my review. I also downloaded the app again but can't find a way to cancel my subscription within the app. This should be obvious and easy. Not impressed.

Steer clear! Saw this advertised on instagram, took the quiz for a 'personalised workout plan' and followed instruction to download app...no personalised plan received - feels like a scam to me. Viewed some basic workouts from a small selection on the app and promptly contacted Kilo Health to get a refund for misadvertising. Three emails later and no reply. I've been using the email that I've noticed they have suggested other unhappy reviewers use to contact them, so clearly ignoring people.

Workouts play in a really unfriendly interface, and exercises are uninspiring and basic. Also they automatically renew and bill you every 6 months even if you have deleted the app, then refuse to refund you. Loads of better ones on the market with better after sales care too.
