This is the UBS Mobile Banking App for all our UBS clients (excl. the United States and Australia) who can benefit from these digital services.
Please note, that the available functionalities of our app may vary depending on your domicile.

If you live in Switzerland, you can open our digital product line UBS key4 directly via app:
• UBS key4 banking for your private banking
• UBS key4 business for the founding of an SA or SARL

Do you meet the requirements to use our Mobile Banking App?
• Smartphone with at least Android version 9.0, when opening an account with UBS key4 at least Android version 10.0
• You are client of a UBS Group company and benefit from UBS’s corresponding digital services.

How secure is our Mobile Banking App?
In short, UBS Mobile Banking provides state-of-the-art security.
How? Our security concept protects you fourfold. We uniquely identify you with the Access App or Access Card. By defining security settings and activating real-time notifications, you can increase security even more. Furthermore, we use artificial intelligence to check certain transactions for irregularities. And we help you use the internet safely – see our security recommendations on ubs.com/security.

Further information:
UBS Switzerland AG and other non-US subsidiaries of UBS Group AG have made the UBS & UBS key4 Mobile Banking App ("App") available exclusively to existing clients that benefit from these services with the exception of US and Australian clients.

10/05/23: Getting better again - can see the evolution / vision of the app. Thanks for the response. Problem - make a transaction but the account balance does not immediately refresh. Not on the accounts page nor the home screen. No way to manually refresh. ... Was great. Getting. Worse. Missing payments in payment list, even though I see the transaction on the account. How to search for payments now?

Hello. Thank you for updating your feedback 😊. Our team is always at work to improve the app 👷. A new Accounts menu is currently being rolled out which will include a better search function for transactions and payments. You can also currently see all payments by tapping on "See all" in the payments menu. Best, your UBS Team.

Worst banking app I have used, having previously lived in the UK. The menus are cluttered and redirect to the same thing in multiple ways. The Access App verification is unnecessary. Every other banking/finance app will use biometrics alone. The app is littered with technical errors which so far have prevented me from verifying my credit card, changing my payment limits, verify a standing order (had to be done online). Terrible experience, considering changing banks because of this app alone.

After the new update we cant have track analysis as we used. I stopped using other apps with account analysis so I can have the one from my bank. Mega mistake. They removed it with no notice. Laggy app, crashing all the time and if you want to find something you must looking for an hour at least. Looks like the developers eventually will add some ads at the end.
