Ticket Bus Verona

Used this extensively to ride with my family on holiday near Verona. It works, but is hard to use until you learn how. It was hard to register: the SMS security code only gets delivered to non-Italian numbers if you're on WiFi calling. If you buy tickets from the timetable, you can only buy 1 ticket at a time, however many you ask for (use Buy Tickets on the home screen instead). It's very slow to activate all the tickets for a group, you have to scan each one separately when you get on the bus.

This app worked perfectly for more than a year, then overnight it stopped being able to connect to its server. However, after contacting customer service at mycicero the problem was resolved and the tickets that I lost when I had to uninstall the app were restored to my account, therefore I changed my rating from one star to 4 : good customer service is a valuable plus. I would only suggest that how to reach customer service for the app would be more transparent.

While switching tab between different apps on my android phone the app always restarts once getting back to it. For example, if you need to check your card number or confirm the transaction in a different app while purchasing tickets the app will restart instead of letting you finalise the transaction, which makes the app unusable.
