they cancel pre bookings. my mother is disabled and can only get into black cabs with her wheelchair so when looking this was the only app that allowed both pre booking and black cabs. it was to get her to the train station for (three planned) trains. they first of all started looking for a driver ten minutes before the time we booked and just after the time we booked it was a cancellation notification. because of this app it caused so much anxiety and distrust to the company. i don't recommend.

I was quoted £20 for a journey that took a while to confirm, but eventually did. On completion I was billed over £50. When queried I was informed they had changed the fare and there was nothing that could be done. The app was immediately uninstalled and I would recommend anyone against using the over priced black cab vs modern alternatives

Completely useless. Pre-booked a taxi. Absolutely no updates until AFTER the alloted time, then told me there were job and available. Luckily I had time to grab an Uber instead. Don't waste your time or money with this. The reply given by Free Now really doesn't explain or justify why they are offering a service that, looking at the other comments CONSTANTLY doesn't deliver. If I book a taxi, I naively expect it to turn up. I nearly missed a flight because of this terrible service.
