Integrating the use of mobile data needs serious optimization. There is no ability to buy multiple tickets at once (an inconvenience for commuters who like to buy a month's worth of tickets in one go). Tickets do not show an "activate by" date. (They did in the old app). The viewable timetables are not optimized for mobile devices. The old app was better. This app tries to do to much and succeeds at so little.

The app itself is functional. It's fine, maybe sometimes you click on a stop and it doesn't register or the real time bus tracking isn't accurate. However my experience on the buses isn't very great. Long journeys knock me sick very easily even with all the windows open. You need to improve the ventilation on these buses. Prices are very fair and reasonable. Discounts for U19's or U5-25's makes it great for travel when at school, college or university. 3 Stars for a fair and okay experience.

The app works most of the time, although it can sometimes take a while for the ticket to come up, and the bus drivers are quite impatient. It could also do with an option where you mark any unused and unwanted tickets for a refund. It would also be nice to see the live bus locations on a map, which can be expanded to fit the full screen. The same one that is on the website. So that we can stop using both and just use the app alone..
