About this app

We've made improvements to the Business Banking app so that now you can see your account balances and transactions

You’ll still need to use the app when you set up on Internet Banking:

• new UK recipients
• new Standing Orders
• new International Payments recipients

For extra convenience and security, you’ll also be able to set up both fingerprint and Face ID log in if your device supports it.

Before you get started…

You’ll need to be a TSB Business Banking customer, registered for Internet Banking and have a device running Android 9.0 or above.


Logging in for the first time

When you use the app for the first time, you’ll need to enter your User ID, password and three characters of your memorable information. You’ll then select one of your registered phone numbers to get a call back or an SMS with a code to activate the app.

Terrible, awful, shockingly bad! This app only works about 20% of the time. I have several other banking apps that always work without issue. It's getting to the point now it's effecting my business and I'm going to have to go through the major hassle of changing banks because the app and online banking in general is so bad with TSB. It's not a one off either, it's been like it for years.

Switched from RBS to TSB, not my most sensible decision of 2019. Able to access my banking details on computer, but unable to do so on the phone. What a complete waste of time, pathetic service, their status page says everything is available but it isn't..."authentication error". UPDATE: I have found that by disabling wifi and using 4G instead it will login.

Really really bad app. Log in is patchy, have to try sometimes 10 times to get through to set up a new person. Have had to reinstall 3 times over the past months as well as if not used for a while it goes into some hibernation . terrible system, bank change in the works because of terrible systems for months now
