Long-time BitLife supporter. I bought Bitizenship (back when it included future DLC) and several other packs. After switching to a new Android phone, most of my content disappeared — and now it's also gone from my old phone. I contacted support multiple times, but kept getting the same generic replies, as if they didn’t actually read my messages. After that, they just stopped responding altogether. Really frustrating experience for someone who's supported the game for years.
