I have bought a bicycle season card. But suddenly my account has been blocked it appears. And it requires to contact with the service for help. But long time can't be contact. How troublesome it is! It just wants to take my money. OK, I'll see the money I lost as I made benifits to citybee. I won't use it anymore!
