为什么操作提款到最后都显示目前出现技术性问题请重新开始就是提款 不了请给我一个解决的方法谢谢

不建议使用这app！大概有一年多没有登录，现在重新登录提示：“该操作无法完成，请联系支持人员寻求帮助。”通过邮件联系过他们，但还是一样无法登录。

用大陆的身份证提交资料无法通过人工验证，我已经到台湾工作了但是我的其他证明都被老板扣押了，因为我工作时和客人打了一架他赔了一些钱，我还的为他工作三个月才能还清，所以他扣押我的一些证件，所以我没法提供身份证外的证件，不幸的是我提交的身份证件是不被接受的需要提供其他比如护照居留证作为身份证明
