Appalling "upgrade" that was meant to be completed over a weekend turned into weeks. Not being able to sign back in so no way of checking any info on my ID account. Worse still, users are required to re-register again and once over all the hurdles only to discover it's actually a downgrade! The old app let you see the important info like remaining data, minutes and texts on a single page but now you must swipe between pages to see each bit of information. Complete waste of time

i can only cancel my contract but not an order of a phone.

Mobile app Login preference set as PIN login always jump to username/password login in . Ask to sort on online chat, ask me to login in with username/password then said its sorted which hasn't as was login in with username/password not login in with PIN. Same when call to cuatomer service. Not help at all. Still can't login in with PIN .
