If you're looking for an app that doesn't work 100% of the time, this is for you Logs me out always, I have to resubmit every time my number and email for OTP. And then when I try to use the app to log into DEWA, it doesn't accept my pin. Or even my fingerprint!! Amazing considering it's supposed to be used across multiple government portals for important stuff like EID and bill payments

App is very very slow When trying to log in, it takes a good 30 seconds from opening saying 'authenticating', and that's just to bring up a fingerprint authentication option. Then, often it will simply say 'Cannot complete authentication'. With a login like this, the app is unusable. Come on guys, you must do better!

EDIT --- the aap does not accept Egyptian mobile numbers. I changed to my KSA number and the profile was accepted. --- the app works up to the point where you input the OTP that you have received from them. The app says no it is the wrong OTP. Customer support told me to uninstall, reinstall, re-register from a different mobile number (that can be changed later) and without scanning passport. Again did not work. Now stuck and I have no idea how to get my papers stamped from the UAE Embassy.
