Aha app before update was a blaze, now it just takes ages to open the home page and playing any video takes so much of time, like as of we are in 90's with KBs of data speed. I know you want to improve the app and it's performance but try testing on old TVs with firestick, etc will help a lot with the user experience. Hope to see it gets better!

Hello Madhav, this is not the experience we want you to have and we have noted your feedback regarding the issue with streaming on Fire TV devices and will share this with our Dev team. Having said that, we are constantly working on making updates to the platform to enhance the aha user experience and will have this looked into at the earliest.

I live in UK. I took the yearly subscription in October 2021. I linked the app to my LG Smart TV to watch. The app on the TV is very bad but I managed. Latter it stopped working in December. The app is not allowing to link my TV to it. There is a message saying maximum number of devices reached where as the app is only active on 1 device. I made several complaints and several requests to fix the issue but no response since 10 days. I tried calling the help line they provided but nobody answers the call. Very negligent and careless attitude which is not acceptable.

The update has been rolled out for LG TVs and the issue on LG TV has been fixed. so we request you to kindly check for updates on your TV. if necessary kindly uninstall and reinstall the app on your TV. Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars. Extremely complex to use, not even 5% of Netflix capabilities. I have subscription and unable to watch anything on my TV. Utter trash app. QR code won't scan no code to enter. Are there any real developers?????? If you can't create a simple app, please copy from Netflix or Amazon or Zee5. Waste of my money and time.
