I have recently joined, but i must say i am very happy with the team; with how they approach me and how approachable they are too. They respect my schedule and makes me feel in control of my working time. The app is fantastic, so easy to use and i was amazed to see how easy you can upload timesheets within the app. It adds to the image and credibity/reliability to see how well they keep up with technology. Jayden is an absolute star! What a team!

App is difficult to use. Documents won't upload. Will keep redirecting you to the home page when you click back. Instead of taking you to the previous page. I have attempted to call the number to go through my application and each time the person who answers says they are not the ones dealing with my account, the person who is is in another line and will call you back, but yet no call back. I'm hoping once up and ready, booking shifts will be much more straight forward.

My Consultant Deborah made the registration process enjoyable. Her affable nature and her wonderful patience and sense of humour was exceptional. I enjoyed every bit of the process. She was always there to answer any questions I had. Nothing was too much for her and that was so reassuring. I have enjoyed registering with Altrix. I like the fact that everything is so transparent , I can see the shifts available, the rate is there and I can choose where I want to work. Thanks Deborah.
