I use labelife to print 4X6 shipping labels with a phomemo thermal printer. It's great when it works but it's taken me ages to figure the settings out, it kept printing a tiny portion of each label then stopping and sending error messages. That is resolved now and my labels print nicely, however the crop function is so fiddley! It let's me crop the left side immediately but the other 3 sides I have to swipe over for about 3 minutes before it let's me move the lines at all. It's very annoying!

(UPDATE) contacted customer support. They opened a technical support ticket. ExplainThe issues said they were so sorry and there's nothing they can do to change it, and they would forward it. They now closed the ticket saying the problem was resolved. no change still no fix.I'm very disappointed in the new update. I can no longer use this printer. And now re edits everything as soon as I try to print a new barcode. I cannot use this now it's been more of a downgrade now to useless

I am SUPER annoyed with the latest update. It is terrible! I now have to reformat every single one of my 30+ saved labels before I can print them. Roll back the update because this is awful! It only allows a border for the full label and not just one text box, I have to manually adjust the width of the text box to fit the label size, the font I prefer USED to be super compact. Now it's so spread out I can't use it at all! Was this supposed to be an improvement? 🫤
