The app works and is functional, but I have had not one but two Digimon lost to transfer bugs, as well as seem unable to transfer one back to my Vital Hero with an error 40020. I sent the Digimon through app and used NFC device on my phone, which said an error code but quickly left my screen and was not able to see it. Please fix bugs, or create a software update with failsafe for Digimon getting lost to space, as it is a very frustrating bug to an otherwise brilliant fitness motivation toy! :)

The app has potential, although in it's current state, it's almost unusable, it is without a doubt a downgrade from their original app called the VB Lab, unfortunately they closed that app in favour of this one, which was a mistake as this app clearly hasn't been finished, it loads incredible slow, don't know why it's not a very intensive app, yet it takes forever to do anything. Needs work which may likely never happen.

Massively disappointing as a replacement to the VB Lab. Nowhere near as fun to collect and rank up, it seems to be focused only on battles, and then it freezes and crashes too often to be any good at that. You can't even transfer data from the old app, so I have to transfer all my old Digimon over one by one or lose them forever, and I still lose my Dim card progress regardless.
