I’ve only been able to use the app for about a week after I first signed up with iD Mobile a year ago. When the app was updated, it forced me to change my password but was incredibly picky about the requirements. Now I’ve forgotten the password, and the reset feature doesn’t work — I never receive the reset code (and yes, I’ve checked my spam folder).

The original app worked fine - the shiny new one is absolute rubbish. It tells me to register again, but every time it says oops, something has gone wrong, please try again, or it says that my details don't match. Completely frustrated and very annoyed. Updated 26/03/2024 - finally managed to register, so added a star. Updated 28/04/2025 - the issues seem to have been resolved, thank goodness.

UPDATE: ID Mobile replied to my review asking me to email them, which I did. No reply, so still rubbish! Can't log into the app. I've raised a complaint sending screenshots, cleared the app cache, reinstalled, changed email address, nothing works. The complaint response has been appalling, suggesting the same things repeatedly. I'll just have to manage without the app. Rubbish.
