The concept is good, but much like their other apps, support for Android is poor at best and non-existent or unimportant to Mercedes the rest of the time. Several basic features don't work, like biometric sign in. Constantly need to wait for a code via email. Also, there used to be a choice of what to put earned points towards, now there is only one option. Almost pointless (pardon the pun) gaining points if there is only one option. Reduced as no option as per reply and app stopped working.

Update #4. I will be giving up using this app. I've persisted for weeks but it's too unreliable. For me, the app no longer logs driving seasons. Nothing logged in over a week. Charging and parking are logged, but zero miles recorded. This makes the app totally useless if unreliable and prevents participation in community challenges. Developer... no updates since May?

Hi again Stuart, our app developers have just released an update to the Eco Coach app (2.4.0), please update your app to this version. This has now cured the logging issue that you were experiencing. Why not review the app in a few weeks’ time, we look forward to hearing that all is well and maybe we will get a few more ⭐’s 😉. Best wishes.
