There is a problem plaguing the system. It's new functionality that Enphase introduced a few months ago that overrides your "storm guard: off" setting when they think a weather event is "critical". Thing is, their severity has rarely been accurate, but even if it were, it's a bait and switch in functionality (relative to when I installed the system), loss of control by users over their hardware, and is causing users like me economic loss and unnecessary stress. "Support" not helping.

I was enjoying using this app (most of the time) until I questioned my energy supplier about why they were paying me for less exported energy than the app was telling me. Their response was that the Enlighten app is not accurate due to the way Enphase calculates the energy exports. Disappointing. Also like other people have mentioned, the live screen often loses connectivity (though that would now seem irrelevant after being told it's not accurate anyway).

Buuggy, live status rarely works , system does what it likes such as charging from grid and discharging to grid even when switched to off in app. Gateway constantly loses its connection to the internet despite being located within a foot of the WiFi router. Battery throws up constant errors. Only "fix" support can provide is "switch it off and switch it on again" Whole system isn't fit for purpose. ***Post reply update*** yes thanks for responding , but see above
