Mirages of an unknown city have been seen around the world. Is it real or a hoax? While your detective agency is busy gathering information, your friend is dragged into the phantom city by black smoke. The only one who can save him, you must now enter the strangest place you’ve ever been—where magic, witchcraft and science work together, imagination turns real and weird creatures wander the streets. All around there are people and things gaining unusual abilities and a black smoke that seems to be alive, bringing with it enigmatic artifacts, secrets and dangers.
In order to rescue your friend and solve these unexplained phenomena, you will need to fulfill risky quests, explore dungeons, research amulets and get help from friends. Unravel the many mysteries of Shadow City as you fight monsters, confront a cult and rid the city of a horrible evil!

Downloaded just to pass time occasionally. Absolutely love the various tasks/events you get to complete and that there's so many things to do. Graphics are amazing, definitely visually pleasing. However, to complete all achievements, you do need to make purchases, which is annoying. But pretty much the only downfall I have found so far. Over all a pretty great game considering it's free.

Hi, Jade! To accelerate your progress without making in-game purchases, try asking friends for useful items by adding them to your wishlist. And don't forget to use boosters!

Not too keen on the new format. A lot of the gameplay depends on how much you spend on rubies ( which are expensive). To complete each new quest you have to spend at least £30.00. The devs need to make rubies part of the reward otherwise players will get fed up with the cost to complete each part (5 in total) of the quests.

I used to enjoy this game a great deal, so much so that I actually spent money to get extra energy and tools to extend my playing time. However, of late, several of the tasks have been more than usually skewed so you really have to purchase tokens (when a necessary item is only available under "icy conditions", and icy conditions doesn't appear in three days' worth of play, whereas it was previously quite a common mode, you know the developers want you to buy the booster)
