School has recently started using this app and it's constantly crashing and cannot access any photo albums says error for everyone trying.

I’m sorry to hear this, it sounds frustrating. I think I know which school this is - it transpires that they had switched off all the galleries. They should be re-enabled now.

Our school has just recently switched to this app and it's such a shame because it crashes every time I get a notification that there is a new letter and switch to the letter screen to see it, I always have to restart the app to be able to read the letter.

School uae this as a method of sending notification however the app doesn't send push notifications to Android. It says I have 45 unread notifications when I have actually read them all and there appears no way of removing these.
