I was offered this app through work. Used the old Gympass app a couple times. When it was updated to Wellhub, I went to complete setup and quit because it won't let you advance unless you click buttons to turn on location history and enable notifications. There is no way to skip these two screens-no X to close.or button to skip, only the buttons to enable location history and notifications. Poor and intrusive design. Not interested.

Was good for a couple months then went to trash. Im frustrated with how bad the app is. It takes forever to load. Ive put up with using it for a couple months but now its starting to annoy me with the restrictions, and especially when it doesnt even let you check in. I had to rely on the fact that staff know me to be let in that day. Im paying for a service that doesnt even have a number to call when youre stuck trying to load in. Ridiculously slow app and annoying check in service.

The features behind gympass are great. The application itself is horrible. It shows a gym is available, but no classes can be booked? The gym i used to go shut down a month ago, but it still shows available in the app. Whenever you cancel a class, you still receive a reminder to check in even though you are not booked. Sometimes, it would show booking is not confirmed, but when you press back, it turns out it actually was booked, magic🤷🏽♂️ The issue is raised to support, but yet to resolve🤦
