6mnt program I struggled with the concept of diabetes carbs and just eating well. the dreaded" plate of goodness". With the Nerva app I am guided with understanding of what makes a good plate if food. I am learning new food variety. I am also learning to make my health a priority and for good reason. it's a holistic approach so I do have a long way to go but night time routine and the yoga sessions help with mind and body relaxation.i dont always manage to do all but I am always encouraged.
