You go through all stages to be told there's an error & they need your card number. I already put the number in on the page before, & there's no option on the page where it says error. I ended up having to sign up via my browser. This worked, but my super secure password by Google doesn't migrating to the app. I've now saved the page and scrapped the app. Waste of time! Someone really needs to have a word with their android engineer! š

Same as everyone else - you try and set up the account and it says error. No hint as to what is not correct, even though the information is correct. You have one job with an app to get people to download and use it - yet there seems to be a reoccurring issue which prevents this, with no easy solution. In this day and age, you would expect better - very amateurish!

The App was working just fine ... now all of a sudden it's had a moment of madness and now I cannot log in. I thought I was going mad so I used the same log in details on the web based page, this worked fine. Tried to log in again on the App using the exact same details and I get told that I've tried to log in too many times and we keep going around in circles. Not sure why it has now decided it doesn't like me and doesn't allow me to log in.
