The app made it so easy to plan our holiday with Neilson in Greece. Being able to book activities, check hotel info, and see the kids club boards all in one place was brilliant. It really improved our experience—highly recommend!

Very poor replacement for the old paper planner. So many problems, it would take an age to document them all.

Neilsons activity App not compatible with my phone... Now that these are app based holidays ,so do not go on one unless you have a compatible phone .But Neilson do not tell you which phone you need to come on there Holidays. They do not even tell you that a phone is required untill you have paid and got there and it's to late. I was there last week and could only lay on beach .Not what I come on a activity holiday for..
