It has nearly only 1 job. Show the barcode for your ID. And it fails to do that. Every time you open the app, it will show the code, then dim it under a pop up until you hit ok. Please remove the pop up, or even just don't have it dim the rest of the screen. Having to unnecessarily hit buttons at a till, when people are waiting on you, is a sin, shame on that ui dev who thought that was a good idea.

So unreliable, so sick of getting to the checkout and it being logged out. Then you have to log back in and the verification email doesn't come through. Because the wifi is usually terrible in store you have to go out of store. The email still doesn't come through so you just have to make a blag account. I don't care about being a member the "rewards" programme. I just want the item thats on the promotional offer. Why do you have to swipe a card? You never used to have to do this.

Update: on logging me out and making me login again, the app has managed to make all of my points disappear. Losing all progress towards deals and savings has unfortunately made owning the app entirely pointless. Very difficult to incentivise the use of something that doesn't amount to anything Constantly logs me out and the extra time holding up the queue to sign in again makes it not worth using

Hi Michael. Thank you for leaving feedback and apologies you have issues with the app forcing you to consistently login. We are in the process of making some changes which are aimed at making it more reliable and easier to login. We hope to make these available soon.
