Pretty dire App, that does nothing but constantly frustrate, the amount of times it freezes and comes across as so buggy is annoying. I know we own a pretty basic camera device, yet, this App helps make it such an more irritating experience. I've since been trying others Apps, hoping to find the perfect 1 for our needs. In all honesty; companies like this need to invest more to create better customer oriented Apps, and not rubbish like this!

The app did work perfectly. But just before the new hi, it stopped on all of my devices and all my cameras. I have 6 android devices and 2 iOS devices. None of them work flawlessly any more on any device. All of them have connection issues or control issues or the app immediately crashes. Totally opposite from the app that did work very well.

The App is decent, but sound when watching playback only comes through the "phone call" volume, which means it's impossible to open the app somewhere quiet, as as soon as you open a video/stream it makes noise. Should use the normal media volume like all videos. Also sometimes going through to different timestamps on a stream is very inaccurate/misaligned. UPDATE: still nothing fixed even though support said developers would look at it
