The Key worker discount that I applied for wasn't working, despite repeated attempts (seems to crash every time I tried to apply it)?! Not the best website to navigate, and costs seem to fluctuate constantly. In the end, I gave up and bought a Pixel instead...a pity, as I really wanted to try out a OnePlus device.

I love OnePlus products, my first being a OnePlus 3. I'm currently using a 10 Pro and have had several models in between. They buds pro are excellent but I'm buying a new pair because over the festive season one of my old ones has gone missing along with the charging case. Can't be without them and hopefully they will turn up once the dust settles. Can't wait for the new set to arrive in the meantime. The store is great, by the way, and is a pleasure to purchase from too. Thanks Bill.

Get notifications for discount codes, but they aren't saved in the app. I have every OnePlus phone from 3T - 9pro (all still in use for various purposes) but it won't let me add any of my old devices to the my devices section. Also just generally bad and crashy app. Love the phones, hate the store. Purchased all my phone's through other stores. It's more of a fake advertising app than a store.
