While trying to use the practice section of this app, you regularly get questions that ask you to analyze diagrams. The problem is that the diagrams are so close in color to the background that they are impossible to see. The support chat only allows certain topic to be selected, and this problem isn't one of them. If you hesitate to select an option in the chat, it then logs you out of the chat. Very frustrating. Please fix.

Glad that textbooks are available digitally. Unfortunate that the narration and navigation of these things are still but mediocre. This is one of the better publishers of the higher ed bunch, since I've also used Cengage (worst) and MBS Direct (also bad). They all charge way too much for these books to not function properly 🙄🙄

Good tools, very buggy and annoying. The audio book doesn't save your spot. If you are listening to the audio book and you try scrolling up or down past where the audio book is reading, it yanks you back to where it is. If you swipe to the next page, the audio book stops, doesn't save your spot, and you have to try to find the time mark you were at. The AI study tool is pretty solid. Sometimes, it will give the wrong info, but that's very, very minimal.
