All the reviews are showing that this is an unnecessary step that has been added Most teachers are not able to access examwizard. I have contacted the support system and still it is not working !!! If there is a rating below 1 i would give it ...i have been trying to login since Jan already ...2 months of trying and still no result... I deleted my browser history and all downloads and keep on trying Literally waste of time

It works exactly as intended and it's to stop people sharing passwords especially with students. Some of these review bombs don't make sense. "I deleted the app to make space" it's a very small app and as it's an authentication they need to make sure only one person device otherwise again password sharing can occur. Once it's set up it's very easy. If you lose your phone you can send them an email asking to reset everything.

This is a pointless extra step when email verification was already a hassle. We are not allowed phones out on site and have had to rearrange policies just so we can send and mark work. All I had to do was scan a QR code, I wouldn't call this service secure! What internal department thought this was a good idea?
