please be careful if you order a laptop from Raylo! I returned the Windows laptop under the cooling off period! I tracked the laptop to the Raylo office! I have yet to receive an email from Raylo to confirm they have received the laptop! They are now chasing me for money as I cancelled the direct debit! I have sent them an email escalating this to a complaint! I have given them 14 days to respond, or I will contact Trading standards! as is my legal rights as a consumer!

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period where you can cancel and return the device. After this period, because your lease is a fixed-term agreement, an early cancellation fee applies if you choose to end it early.
