The support to customers offered through the app is deplorable. There is no support, just a mix of AI and useless/disinterested staff with no desire to help their customers. I've been a Samsung user for over a decade (phones and TVs) and never needed support. The way they've teat me (and others with the same problem, having read similar feedback) means I've no problem finding another brand that would like my business.

Hard to rate as everything on the phone is working properly. Not sure if this wasn't the case, how good the app would be... Also, it seems to be generic for all supported devices, not device specific, as it wants to test wired headphones and that's not an option on these new phone models for the last couple of years now... It's a bit slow to open from a notification.

Can someone please tell me the purpose of this app ? I had a response to a problem and was asked to send a screenshot????...... There is no option that I can see to even reply let alone send a screenshot! All the message allows is a rating. What a pointless load of gimmicky, tacky trash ! I expected more from Samsung. I no longer put up with apps that don't perform but purely waste space......I ditch them. This app is total rubbish. UNINSTALLED !
