A challenge to go through registration. A technical issue one after another. Even with the help of the customer service rep, I wasn't able to register with my ID card. The app was taking the photo of it before it even had actually fitted into the required frame. After the 11th attempt, it did. Then the NFC chip wouldn't scan, though it perfectly worked on ReadID Me app. In the end, with the same hassle taking a photo, I managed to register with the passport. Not all have a passport, though

Absolutely rubbish, I living abroad and this app is the most complicated app I dealt with. Took ages to install and now received email that it have to be updated and it will be expired and when I try to do it, it's not working at all, and apparently the only way to do it differently is to fly back to Latvia in a middle of pandemic ! Like always bank and service below zero !

Used to be good but this app has become a buggy mess especially when setting up a new account using biometric identification as of late. Whenever you get to the step where you're supposed to scan your face, the step loads infinitely and never finishes loading. Setting up an account on another phone (Samsung) worked fine. This used to work before on my main phone which is a Redmi Note 8. My guess is that they broke some compatibility with phones that are not mainstream and less known.
