24/09/24 reduced star rating to 1, would give zero if that were possible. Since the last update the app simply does not work. It won't connect. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing. I give up. I'm trying another app. 16/03/24 reduced star rating to 3. App doesn't seem particularly stable. It won't readily allow you to slide across to the mode you want. It keeps returning to the one you're trying to slide off the screen.

Almost completely useless app. It will frequently loses the connection to the hearing aids with no notification, so when you try to use it, you find that it won't work. The solution is to forget the devices, restart the phone, re-pair the devices, and only then (five minutes later) are you ready to adjust the volume or change the program. Nobody would be using this app at all if there was any alternative.

I got my hearing aids in March and specifically chose the ones I have so that I could stream music & calls. Everything was fantastic to start with. It was great being able to listen to music & still hear what was going on around me whilst running. I would have happily given a 5 star rating. However, after the latest upgrade in May (version 5.1.0), music & calls only stream to my right hearing aid. I have tried everything to get it back, but nothing has worked! Please help to fix this problem🙏
