This is for the overall airline. The app is a bit klunky, but workable. The reason I had to knock it a star is because one time I was still 25 mins from flight takeoff and they JUST started boarding. They DENIDED me my seat because I forgot to check in. That is STEALING. I was well within my rights to take my seat as I had no checked bags. Other than that, it has been a pretty good experience overall. The new "go comfy" seats setup is a really good idea!

I don't know why people complain about the app. Not only was I able to retrieve my booking, I was also able to check in and view my boarding pass. Just a word of advise from a frequent traveller, a good rule of thumb is to take a screenshot of the boarding pass, just in case something doesn't work while at the airport, either wifi/data, the app or your phone. And that's just in general, not only for Spirit. Also, Spirit is a low budget airline. If you want luxury, then pay for it. Simple.

The app is so laggy and glitchy. it will actually make you select the wrong options at times and make you think that you have to select baggage. you don't need to select baggage for any of your flights. it's included these airlines need to get it together and stop scamming the community that uses them to travel. it is such a shame. horrible scam-like practices. lawsuits coming your way
