Good Initially but eventually you get to a point where you cannot progress without buying items. I've been stuck on level 33 for a few days because there are too many actions and tasks to complete within too short a time frame. Will try for another day or 2 then delete. Also ads are excessive - I don't usually mind watching but these ads are approximately 90 seconds long if not longer and tend to be the same ad over and again. Then it takes 25-30 seconds before you can close the ad

This was initially a good game, easy to level up and became more challenging but I can't earn enough to pass level 64! I'm not paying for coins or wasting my time watching loads of ads for free gifts to try and get enough coins to level up the doctors. I think this is what the purpose of the game is, to get you playing up to a certain level so you've watched loads of ads and then makes it impossible to pass a higher level without paying for coins or gems. Not happy and uninstalled

I really liked this game at the start but as you progress through the different hospitals it becomes impossible to make enough money to make the necessary upgrades without paying. I noticed a huge difference going from the 1st hospital to the 2nd and it only.got worse from there. Please fix this so I can actually continue playing the game.
