This needs an update asap, haven't had a shift so far when its ran smoothly. Takes ages to process a simple tap of a button, or just reloads the job list for no reason and just gets stuck on a white screen. Not useful when you have to be strict with your time as you drop off deliveries. Have to contact Dispo (Rider Support) 90% of the time regarding problems with it. It should run smoothly but it doesn't. Big let down when this is a major requirement to your workflow. Just Eat please fix this!!

The app chat doesn't work and it sends me along duel carriageways even though I'm registered as a cyclist. It also drains my phone's battery and, whenever I get a new job, the notification gets in the way of my display, meaning I have to tap 'OK' if I want to go back to map navigation - this is quite dangerous when I'm in the middle of cycling on a busy road and can't see where I'm going. And yes, I even get new job notifications when I'm already in the middle of a job. Borderline doesn't work.

Worst out of all delivery apps, constant crashes you have to come out of the collection screen then back in to it so you can click collect and show picked up. You send messages through the contact form screen in app but no massage back in app only to email! So if you out on a bike or scooter you have to go into your email on your phone to find your messages !And now the maps stay on in background on your phone and you can't close it unless you restart you phone or it will use all your battery!
