TTLock

9/10 times, app fails to connect to the lock. I don't know if the lock or app is at fault. The lock/app has so many issues. The handle is very loose & feels like it's going to break. Even if wiped dry if there's any moisture in the air the fingerprint doesn't work. The app unlock is hit and miss. The surface has deteriorated quickly & looks shabby. The lock volume changed to maximum volume on it's own but it still set to lowest in the app so had to switch it off entirely. I don't recommend

I like the app, it has a decent UI and some good features. It still needs some work and modernisation though. One of the things that's confusing is the remote lock and unlock button. Apparently, the same small button should be used for remote lock and unlock but that's not very clear as it always says "remote unlock"

Good app, with plenty of features especially with a gateway hub. That said, I would like to see additions for security and automations. 2FA should be standard now in ALL security, please add to the app account details. Integration with Home Assistant & Samsung Smarthings would greatly improve the feature list of this application and the hardware. There are work around, but for the less technically minded out there, it would be daunting and they are missing out. Please update.
