How have you guys managed to make this app worse? Can't cancel classes now without going onto the browser, searching for classes means I have to type in a whole area and not just my address and select a radius around that? So unintuitive. It's like you've listened to all your feedback, ignored every comment about functionality and focused only on the part where someone said 'what about a new look?' honestly ridiculous.

Had to switch over since Onefit was taken over by them. UI is not intuitive. App just stops working, and I keep getting this "Something went wrong" error message. I couldn't check in of my class. Sent them emails, no response. I have not been able to use the app because of the error I keep getting everytime I try to login. I'm basically paying my subscription for nothing. They don't respond to emails, their phone lines never work either. HORRIBLE. I just want to be back on Onefit.

The waitlist feature doesn't work well with the new update. I realised this when I kept on getting notifications to claim a spot but never saw a space free. I cancelled my waitlist spot and saw there were 2 spots available. I used to always be able to get a waitlist spot and since the update it never works. It also logs you out all the time and you can't copy and paste your password. Not a fan of the update at all.
